Privacy Policy

WalkWorth · Last updated November 8, 2026

I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and your choices. It applies to the WalkWorth "What's My Home Worth?" home-value tool, the walkthrough, report and net-sheet (seller & buyer) tools, and the related sites and emails (together, the "Tools"). In this policy, "I," "me," and "my" mean WalkWorth, a service operated by Edward Kalavitz (2N1 Real Estate & Mortgage), who provides and hosts the Tools.

The short version: If you ask for a home-value estimate through an agent's tool, I collect the details you enter and deliver them to that agent so they can follow up with you. If you're a real estate agent using the Tools, I collect your account and branding details to run your tools and your subscription. I don't sell your personal information, and every marketing email has a one-click way to opt out.

1. Who this policy covers

2. Information I collect

3. How I use information

4. How I share information

5. Your email choices

Every marketing or promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time at https://app.2n1realestate.com/unsubscribe or by replying STOP. I honor opt-out requests promptly. I may still send you essential service messages related to your account, a lead, or a payment.

6. Cookies & local storage

The Tools use a small amount of browser storage (such as local storage and essential cookies) to keep the Tools working and to remember your in-progress work on a page. I do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

7. How long I keep information

I keep information for as long as needed to provide the Tools and for legitimate business and legal purposes (for example, keeping lead and account records, and billing records required for tax and accounting). Agents keep the leads already delivered to them. You can ask me to delete information I hold about you (see Section 9).

8. Security

I use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information I hold, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You may ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to opt out of marketing. To make a request, contact me using the details below. Depending on where you live (for example, under California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; I do not sell personal information. Homeowners: because your details were delivered to the agent whose tool you used, you may also need to contact that agent directly about information they hold.

10. Children

The Tools are intended for adults and are not directed to children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact me and I will delete it.

11. Third-party sites

The Tools or emails may link to third-party sites (such as a brokerage's website or a payment page). I'm not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; their own policies apply.

12. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Tools after an update means you accept the revised policy.
